為 慶 祝 6 月 9 日 「 國 際 檔 案 日 」 （International Archives Day），澳門大學 圖書館一行5人應邀前往香港，參加由香港檔案 學會主辦、於香港藝術發展局展藝館舉行的 「香港國際檔案周2026」（IAW2026）。本 年度活動以「存檔見藝」（The Art of Archiving）為主題，透過檔案博覽、專題講 座、導賞參觀及工作坊等多元形式，向公眾呈 現檔案工作不僅是文獻的保存，更是一門涉及 甄選、整理與呈現的藝術。 澳門大學圖書館代表團在活動期間，除了參觀 博覽並與業界交流外，亦專注聆聽了兩場專題 講座：「存史留真：樹仁大學檔案藝術」以及 「藝術（與）檔案在香港」。此外，代表團還 參與了香港藝術發展局藝術資訊中心的導覽活 動，深入了解其檔案設施，以及該中心在檔案 蒐集、保存與開放公眾查閱方面的運作模式。 出席本次活動的澳門大學圖書館代表包括：澳 門大學圖書館館長徐鴻﹑助理館長梁德海﹑代 助理館長潘雅茵﹑事務主管宋淑芳及許偉達。 library.um.edu.mo lib_suggestion@um.edu.mo UM Wu Yee Sun Library 澳⾨⼤學圖書館參加⾹港國際檔案週活動 澳門大學圖書館參加香港國際檔案週活動 To celebrate International Archives Day on June 9, a fivemember delegation from the University of Macau (UM) Library was recently invited to attend the Hong Kong International Archives Week 2026 (IAW2026), organized by the Hong Kong Archives Society, at the Hong Kong Arts Development Council’s Exhibition Hall. This year’s programme, themed “The Art of Archiving,” featured a diverse range of activities—including an archives expo, talks, guided tours, and workshops—aimed at enhancing public understanding that archival work is itself an art of selecting, organizing, and presenting documentary materials. During the event, the delegation from the University of Macau Library not only toured the expo and engaged in professional exchanges, but also attended two thematic talks: “The Art of Archiving at Shue Yan University” and “Art (and) Archives in Hong Kong”. In addition, the delegation participated in a guided tour organized by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council’s Arts Information Centre, gaining in-depth insights into its archival facilities and its operational practices in the collection, preservation, and public accessibility of archives. Attendees from the University of Macau included University Librarian Prof. Helen Xu, Assistant Librarian Billy Leong, Acting Assistant Librarian Priscilla Pun, and Functional Heads Stephanie Song and Wilson Hoi.
