The RCs’ primary educational outcome is responsible citizenship. The necessary educational outcomes of the RCs are university graduates with global competitiveness. The RCs’ new feature lies in the RC education with the seven competencies as the target outcomes. These include responsible citizenship, global competitiveness, knowledge integration, teamwork and collaboration, service and leadership, cultural engagement, and healthy lifestyle. Using these as indicators of the educational results, the university will implement a series of RC educational initiatives, with a view to achieving the desired outcomes.
