Liu Hongyi, owner of Liu’s Shenduzhai in Jianyang, Fujian, during the mid-Ming dynasty, specialized in high-quality historical publications. Preserved in excellent condition with refined collation, it bears collector’s seals of Wang Zhaoyong from Lingnan’s prominent Wang family. Acquired by Ho Yin (1908-1983), Chairman of the University of East Asia (now the University of Macau), it was donated to the university library and recorded in the second batch of “National Catalogue of Precious Ancient Books” (2009). 187 34
