Prof. Helen Xu was invited to attend the Cambridge University Press Asia Librarian Advisory Board (CALAB) meeting organized by Cambridge University Press at The University of Hong Kong on 27 and 28 Mar 2025. The theme this year was "Navigating the Future of Academic Publishing and Libraries: Embracing Open Access, AI, and Trends in Higher Education". 2025 年 3 月 27 日至 28 日, 徐鴻教授獲邀出席由劍橋大學出版社於香港大學舉辦 的劍橋大學出版社亞洲圖書館顧問委員會（CALAB）會議。今年的主題為「導航 學術出版與圖書館的未來：擁抱開放獲取、人工智慧與高等教育趨勢」。 由國際圖書館協會和機構聯合會主辦的第89屆2025年度世界圖書館和 信息大會於8月17日至22日在哈薩克斯坦阿斯塔納舉行，澳門大學圖書 館館長徐鴻﹑助理館長梁德海﹑事務主管潘雅茵﹑李仲明﹑許偉達﹑ 高級圖書館主任宋淑芳及高級圖書館助理陳智榮代表一行7人前往出 席。 Priscilla Pun, as Secretary of the IFLA Environment, Sustainability and Libraries Section, hosted the IFLA Green Library Award Ceremony. She was honored with the IFLA Dynamic Unit and Impact Award (DUIA) – Best Communication Award on behalf of her committee. The 89th World Library and Information Congress (WLIC) 2025, organized by IFLA, was held in Astana, Kazakhstan from August 17 to 22.
