Pre-overdue Alert Service (2005/05/30)

In order to improve the Library Circulation services to ensure your loaned items return or renew on time to avoid overdue penalty, with immediate effect, Pre-overdue courtesy notices will be sent to users' email a/c 3 days prior to the items' due date. Please kindly pay attention to the email with the subject : "UM Library -- Loan item due soon" sent under the name of the " Library".
It is always our mission and pleasure to provide user-friendly and value-added services, and since promptness is of paramount importance for pre-overdue alert, the service can be provided via email notifications only.
