MACAU COLLECTION

Description: The Macau Collection is constantly being developed with the aim of providing relevant materials in a variety of formats useful for researchers and scholars who are interested in studying Macau. The collection consists of:

  • Special issues from Macau organizations, commercial firms and schools
  • Exhibition catalogs and activity/conference programs of Macau

RARE BOOK COLLECTION

Description: This valuable collection includes early editions of western books, classical Chinese books, and books with author’s signature. List of collection can be viewed on UM Digital Library Portal.

Note: Non-circulation and not allowed to make photocopy. List of classical books, rare books, books donated by Mr. Chan Wai Heng can be viewed in on UM Digital Library Portal. An online image catalog of the Rare Book Collection is also available.

 

REFERENCE COLLECTION

Description: This collection houses various reference materials such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, indexes, yearbooks, directories, bibliographies, etc.

RESERVED MATERIALS

Description: This is a collection of books which the teaching staff members have recommended for course reading, and books are available on request.

Note: 3-hour loan period only.

 

SERIES COLLECTION

Description: The Library keeps extensive reprint collection on the early edition of the series in Chinese.

Description: The Library set up a series of spiritual healing books for the psychological health of the students.
