User Satisfaction Survey 2005 -- Please help us to help you (2005/11/04)

Dear colleagues,
In order to obtain a higher return rate of this year's Survey, we will postpone the deadline for return to Monday, 7 November. As you know, this Survey is very important to all of us working in the University as its result will form the basis for improving the services provided by the various administrative units.
Therefore, if you have not completed and returned the questionnaire yet, please take a little time to do so. Please return the completed questionnaire to Winnie of the Library (L207-2) by Monday, 7 November. Winnie may be contacted at ext.8187 or email: wileung@umac.mo.
