UM Library holds an exhibition of literary works by Brazilian writer Marco Lucchesi (2023/09/21)

In the afternoon of 20 September 2023, the UM Library held an opening ceremony for an exhibition of literary works by Brazilian writer Marco Lucchesi. UM guests who attended the ceremony included Vice Rector Rui Martins, Librarian Wu Jianzhong, Associate Librarian Raymond Wong, Assistant Librarian Billy Leung, Priscilla Pun, Stephen Lei, Wilson Hoi, Yang Xunling and Paulo Alexandre Rodrigues Viegas. This exhibition adopted a virtual and real mixed display method, displaying Lucchesi’s literary works, reviews and abstracts. Visitors can read Lucchesi’s physical works in the collection, and also access electronic and digital works by scanning QR codes. Marco Lucchesi is a prolific writer, a famous poet, novelist, translator and historian in Latin America. He is also an academician of the Academia Brasileira de Letras (ABL) and the current chairman of the Fundação Biblioteca Nacional (FBN).
