The New Current Periodicals Area (2006/02/13)

Dear All,

We are pleased to announce that a new current periodicals area in the Library has now been set up on the second floor next to the existing periodicals section. The periodical titles, about 1,000 or so, in this new current periodicals area are arranged by subjects instead of by alphabets as the existing practice. This arrangement is more in line with the practices in the majority of academic libraries and it is believed that it will better facilitate the usage of the periodicals by our users.

All are welcome to drop by this area to browse and to read the periodicals!
