In order to support faculty members and students in their teaching, learning and research, the Library has recently subscribed to the following databases:

(1) apabi數位資源 (apabi eBook, in Chinese) -- 這是一個中文電子書數據庫，可提供超過5,500本的電子書供讀者線上瀏覽，學科涵蓋範圍以社會科學為主，並遍及文化、科學、教育、體育、醫藥和衛生等。本系統不設打印服務，線上瀏覽前要先下載方正apabi閱讀器。

(2) WorldCat -- It covers more than 62,000,000 bibliographic records in libraries worldwide. Since our subscription has included the WorldCat Resource Sharing, users can submit their Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requests directly through the system to us for application.

Moreover, the following online collection is subscribed to expand the China Academic Journals Full-text Database:

(3) 中國期刊全文數據庫: 世紀期刊 (Century Journals Social Sciences, CJSS) -- 本數據庫收錄中國百種社會科學類核心期刊，收錄範圍上溯至創刊號，下及至 1993 年。而有關1994 年及以後的資料，讀者可另檢索 "中國期刊全文數據庫 (China Academic Journals Full-text Database)".
