Library Briefing Sessions for the New Academic Year (2009/09/22)

Dear All,

To welcome new faculty members and to introduce to them the library resources/services in the University, the Library will organize two briefing sessions. In addition, Student Affairs Section will also join the meeting and use about 10 minutes to present a briefing of the counseling service offered to our students. 

The time and venue are as follows:

Session 1
Date : 23 September (Wednesday)
Time : 15:00 - 16:00 
Venue : Orientation Room I (RC02), Lobby Floor, UM Library

Session 2
Date : 24 September (Thursday)
Time : 11:00 - 12:00 
Venue : Orientation Room I (RC02), Lobby Floor, UM Library

An invitation has already been sent to the new faculty members and they are asked to indicate which session that they could attend. It is hoped that all of them could attend either one of these sessions. Moreover, even if you are not new to the University, but wish to be kept updated of the Library's development, you are also welcome to join.
