A New Library Service: Preferred Searches on Library Catalog (2008/05/09)

Dear All,
Are you spending lots of time on the Library Catalog to keep track of new books on the topic that is of interest to you? If so, we believe that Preferred Searches -- a new feature just installed in our Library Catalog -- will help you to simplify your work.
Preferred Searches can be any type of catalog search such as subject, keyword, or author. It is a feature that lets you save a search to revisit at a future time. This can be useful in several ways:
● To retrieve personal favorite searches for easy reference and searching in the future.
● To keep track of those stored searches on a regular basis.
● To receive email notification of new arrivals on a topic that is set by you.
