Outstanding Academic Papers by Students (OAPS) Database Launched by the Library (2014/11/14)

Dear All,
We are pleased to announce that the Library has now launched the Outstanding Academic Papers by Students (OAPS) project. It is a collaborative project between the UM Library and some premier universities, such as Tsinghua, Shanghai Jiao Tong, University of Southern California, Seoul National University, Waseda University, Nanyang Technological University, City University of Hong Kong. The main aim of this project is to encourage our students to do quality research and to preserve their research in digital format for the benefit of the scholarly community.
As part of this project, the UM Library has established the OAPS database. Up to now, 39 outstanding papers were received and have been uploaded to the database. These papers are recommended by the various Faculties and sent to the Library for preservation. Users may access these papers through the UM Library webpage or click the following link for direct access: http://oaps.umac.mo.
