Annual Contingency Drills of Critical Computing Systems and Campus Network from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on 8 July, 2017 (Saturday) (2017/07/07)

This annual drill is an important activity for ICTO to ensure continuous operation of the critical systems in case of emergency. During the drill, some of the IT services will be interrupted or suspended. The major affected services are listed as follow:

 

From 9:30 a.m. to 13:30 p.m.

Please be reminded that, during this period, some of the IT services in the library will be suspended, e.g. network printing service, network drive, e- purse, wireless connection, etc.

 

From 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Please be reminded that, during this period, library services will be suspended, e.g. access the OPAC, library account, discovery, and e-databases, etc.

There’s no internet service (wired and wireless) in the library.
