Library Activity: “Chapas Sinicas” Exhibition and “Boya Lecture” Series (2018/08/31)

Dear All,

 

We are pleased to inform that the “Chapas Sinicas” exhibition co-organized by our Library is going to be held at University Gallery (E1) from 5 September to 31 October 2018 (Opening hours -- 09:00 to 18:00).

 

“Chapas Sinicas” is a collection of records of Macao during the Qing Dynasty.

 

In order to enable our users to have a deeper understanding, a talk will be held with details below:

 

Topic: “Preservation of and Access to Documentary Heritage – The Experience of Cooperation on ‘Chapas Sinicas’”

Date: 5 September 2018

Time: 14:30 - 15:30

Venue: Auditorium at the University Gallery (E1)

 

This is the first talk of the “Boya Lecture” series organized by UM Library. It will be conducted in Cantonese by Ms. Lau Fong, Director of the Archives of Macao.
