Workshop on Using Library E-Resources -- A New Cooperative Program by UM Library and UM Postgraduate Association (2012/09/24)

Dear All,

We are pleased to announce that a new information literacy program "Workshop on Using Library E-Resources" will be held on 26 - 28 September, 2012 in the Library. This program is a cooperative project planned by the UM Library and the UM Postgraduate Association.

This workshop will present a brief overview of the library's resources and application tools. In particular, our Library staff will introduce a wide range of electronic resources, and demonstrate how to evaluate the retrieved information as well as how to manage the bibliographic references, etc. This workshop will be very useful for postgraduate students for their study and research.

Three sessions of this workshop will be held at the Auditorium II of the Library and scheduled as follows:

26 September (Wednesday), 11:00-12:30
27 September (Thursday), 15:30-17:00
28 September (Friday), 16:00-17:30
(Please select any one of the above-mentioned sessions to attend.)

All UM postgraduate students are welcome to join!
