Dear all,

Over the past few years, the Library has provided its users with a substantial electronic collection. To find out the current situation on the use of this collection, the Library is now launching a "UM Library User Survey on the Use of E-collection". Your views will be helpful to assist the Library in improving its electronic collection and other relevant supporting services.

To complete the questionnaire, please fill in the e-form by visiting this link -- >https://isw.umac.mo/survey/SurveyServlet

Alternatively you may use either one of the following ways:
●　To complete the attached questionnaire and return it to us by email at lib_ref@umac.mo.
●　To pick up the paper questionnaire from the Reference Desk of the Library and then return it to the Library after filling it in.

It is estimated that the questionnaire should take you around five minutes to complete. Please respond by 30 June, 2008.

As a gesture of appreciation of your kind support, we will give each of the 3 Lucky Draw winners a set of 4GB USB flash drive as the prize for completing this survey. If you wish to join this Lucky Draw, all you have to do is to write down your email address at the end of the questionnaire and then you will get the chance to win a prize.
